					<description><![CDATA[This is perfect, Jay.  Those kids are gorgeous.  They need their daddy.  I really hope someone out there decides to help.  What better gift can you give someone than their life? 

If I or a loved one needed a kidney and had no donors who could help in my circle of friends/family, I&#039;d pray every day that a kind stranger would see what giving a piece of themselves could do for a person, a family, a whole circle of people.
