I was reminded of my father’s favorite saying, that even a blind pig picks up an acorn from time to time.
Of course, no good deed goes unpunished. The cantina tacos are now nowhere to be found on Taco Bell’s menu.

Sun, 15 Aug 2010 21:06:05 +0000http://www.gunsandtacos.com/?p=2223#comment-976I hit up a local carneceria for tacos once a week. I went to Taco Bell to try these a couple of weeks ago and they. Were. Awful. I was very glad that the actual product had maybe a fourth of the meat seen in the advertising photos. I eat Taco Bell once in a while. I’m never ordering these horrid things again.

Mon, 09 Aug 2010 21:07:23 +0000http://www.gunsandtacos.com/?p=2223#comment-901I haven’t seen this much coverage of a fast food item since that KFC double thing.
And one thing I’ve noticed at Taco Bell, is that portion control from one store to the next is usually very irregular, so here’s to hoping my local isn’t too stingy with the meat. Even my wife seems willing to try these based on the commercials she’s seen so far, and she’s probably only second to you in her contempt for Taco Bell.
